Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish)

Sextant Stays is vacation rental company based out of Miami, Florida, USA. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish) to join our Human Resources team. This position will support the HR Director with a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Processing of New Hires, HRIS employee data management, recruiting, training, etc. This position is 100% "work from home", working between the hours of 7a-5p CST (Central Standard Timezone)

Qualifications/Experience the ideal candidate should possess:
*Fluent in Spanish (required)
*Human Resources experience (preferred)
*Administrative work experience (required)
*Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and./or Gsuite experience (required)
*HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems (ADP, Workday, Peoplesoft, Bamboo HR, etc.) experience (preferred)
*Training Facilitator experience (preferred)
