JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities/Duties generally include but are not limited to:
- Plan, propose, and create task/project briefs on eye catching print and digital materials such as but not limited to web page design, marketing collaterals, logos, branding, posters, presentations, and the like
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images as needed.
- Communicate and work with different department managers/members in creating and revising client’s design requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Your degree is irrelevant.
- Knowledgeable in different editing software such as but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Knowledge in basic video editing is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
- Must have basic video editing skills and familiarity with Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, or similar software.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Creativity and originality.
- Experience in digital marketing or UX/UI web page design is a PLUS.
- Have worked remotely for an American company/time zone with Filipino tea ---------- mbers.
- At least 8GB RAM to handle multiple web-based applications, wired unlimited internet connection (involves heavy file up/downloads, consumable subscription is not enough), working camera for tea ---------- etings, and a comfortable + zero distraction work space/office.
- With at least 20mbps internet speed.
