Sales Acquisition in Real estate Investing

We are looking for you! Come join our team in Real Estate Investing to manage tasks around acquisition. We are looking for a phone acquisition junior manager who knows how to talk to people and make offers!

What does this mean?

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional phone skills in gathering information and building rapport. Then you must have experience in Real Estate - pull comps, and make an offer (based on our systems and processes) !

Job Description:

Our marketing channels source leads and once it is marked as a motivated lead / seller in Podio (or CRM system) the a task will be sent to you to take over. Your job is to follow up, build rapport, gather property and seller details, understand how to formulate an offer, make offer and close on the lead!

1. Call seller, confirm info and build rapport
2. Pull comps determine offer
3. Make offer
4. Follow up

We have scripts, formulas to help you in creating an offer.

You must be comfortable and enjoy being on the phone, interacting with potential sellers, qualifying prospects, and supporting our sales team acquire properties. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY be willing to do training, follow our systems and consistantly practicing to get better.

For this job you must have kowledge in:
- Real Estate
- Podio
- Phone Skills
- Pulling Comps
- Google Share Documents
- Gathering prospect information and property data
- Reporting: providing daily/weekly/monthly insight to company’s management
- Perfect english

Looking for someone who is a self starter, results driven, hard worker, great phone demeanor, loves taking to people. Must have experience closing over the phone. Knowlege of real estate investing, wholesaling, rehabbing and real estate terms a big plus!
