Executive Assistant for growing Real Estate Company

A rapidly growing Real Estate Investment Company is seeking an executive assistant. This role will report directly to the owner.

I am not the most organized person in the world but more organized than some. This means I will need you to take care of details for me so I can work on growing the company.

We flip houses, have rental properties, and will be running an Airbnb business within the next year. You will need to wear multiple hats. Some days you will call tenants, get bids for jobs or research things online.

This person must be willing to work on Eastern Standard Time Zone (8-5pm or close to those hours).

To try and sum up the responsibilities of the Executive Assistant in a few bullet points is impossible. You will be an extension of the owner, taking on tasks that help me focus on the top 20%. You will learn everything about our business and help me run ---------- two days are alike. I expect you to make mistakes but learn from them. This person must be dedicated to personal and professional growth. If you’re not interested in growing yourself, this position is not for you. I need someone that is willing to push back. If you think there’s a better or more efficient way to do something, speak up! I will push you to be a better person.

You will be helping me run the company and I expect this person to learn the ins and outs of our business. I will try to communicate well but you will need to ask questions, keep priorities and make sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

We are constantly trying new things, failing, adapting, and trying again. You must be willing to try new things and possibly fail. This will be a high-stress but very exciting position.
