Follow up Manager / Lead Manager /Rockstar appointment setter/BPO/Outbound sales

We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Follow Up Specialist or Inside Sales Agent to partner with!

MUST be good at:
Negotiation
Understanding Human Psychology
Understanding sales really good
Understanding sales processes
Follow Up
Getting Contracts Signed. Converting Leads to Deals
Real Estate Property Valuations and Estimates (not a must)
Logistical Coordination in our market
Multi-Tasking (Appointments, phone calls etc)

MUST Have:
Computer or a Laptop, Headset and GREAT internet speed.
*Excellent command of English language and conversational skills*
You have a Go Giver Attitude
Knowing the value of hard work
Looking to always Learn New Sales Strategies and absorb new content
Extra Awesome; Coach-able; Team Player
You have experience in Residential Real Estate Acquisitions
Work EST Hours

What you’ll do
As a Follow Up Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
Following up with Seller Leads Over the phone
Updating and managing Follow Ups inside of CRM
Updating CRM with notes, next actions, and pictures
