Sports kinetic App

I need to come up with a working sports mobile application to
1-) track landmarks on a person by mobile camera
2-) use these landmarks to build some sort of a skeleton
3-) use the locations of the skeleton to infer statistics
4-) analyze the statistics about the tracked motion to get useful feedback to the trainer.

So, I would need to collaborate with someone who
1-) has computer vision background
2-) is a programmer of a language that has computer vision libraries
3-) is a programmer for android or iOS to be able to program the application. ( and that you are )
