E-commerce Stores Manager

This is a very varied role covering a lot of categories of tasks and systems including customer service, order, and inventory management, Shopify and ---------- aling with fulfilment centre invoices, stores management and optimisations. Marketplace management and wholesale.

Responsibilities

We have 3 web stores UK/DE/USA and we also sell on Amazon in USA, Canada DE/FR/ES/IT marketplaces.

Fully manage online e-commerce sales stores to include;

- Ensuring all customer facing stores and web pages are live and without issue
- Ensuring all information on webpages is correct and up to date, pricing and texts
- Adding new products and maintaining existing listings
- Troubleshooting any issues with products not showing
- Ensuring customer orders are shipped according to our guidelines?
- Communicating with fulfilment centres to ensure that all orders customer and otherwise are shipped in a timely manner
- Creating orders for customers or stock movement
- Inventory management for all finished goods stock
- Creating shipments and all relevant documentation for shipments to and from USA/EU/UK Amazon and to DE & US fulfilment centres
- Maintaining adequate stock levels for our Amazon stores; Involving tracking inventory levels and moving stock from FC locations to Amazon FC’s to ensure no stock outs
- Combining our 3 Shopify web stores into 1 Shopify web store (Standalone project)
- Managing wholesale interfaces, ordering process, orders and relationships
- When considered appropriate, you may be required to carry out other duties that fit your strengths.

We need to move sales stock from UK Fulfilment centre (FC) to German FC and to the US FC for fulfilment of customer orders on our 3 websites.

We are starting to build our wholesale to retail sales this part of the role will expand with time.
