I need an All-Star Team!

I will start with 1-3 people to setup/manage/market websites for all my companies and new companies/ ventures I start.

We need someone who can think for themselves and doesnt need a lot of micromanaging. They should be comfortable with variety and be able to switch from one company to another without much problem.

I really want to find people to bring on and work with me for years to come. I will generously reward those that do a great job.
