JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small US startup e-commerce brand, looking for an excellent customer support agent to be our #1 voice.

Our customers are in different countries around the world, mostly English speaking countries.

So naturally, we require fluent English!

We want someone personal, polite and helpful.

Attention to detail is a must which is why you should include the passphrase bingo in your application.

We use Zendesk to respond to customers and handle orders, payments and refunds on Shopify.

Macros have been written in Zendesk to cover 90% of the inquiries. Though, often they need slight editing based off a case-by-case basis. So you need to be able to think on the fly.

Ideally you will OWN this role. Which means you may work 7 days per week, various hours. Sundays are not expected, but if you did a little on Sunday, it would mean less work on Monday.

6 days are required as we need you to check and respond to all tickets before orders are sent to fulfilment team, in case of any cancellations/changes in orders, etc.

We will most likely hire more customer service people in the near future, so there is room to move into a management position if you perform well.

We are looking for someone that is not working for other people or is busy with another business, etc. We will know VERY quickly if you are busy doing other things. If this is you, please don't waste our time.

Role includes but not limited to:

- Answering Zendesk tickets
- Processing refunds
- Processing replacement orders
- Answering general queries

We need a person with:
- Excellent English typing skills
- A naturally friendly, empathetic, and positive tone!
- Good organisational skills

Salary is negotiable based off previous experience.
