JOB OVERVIEW

Your mission is to oversee and grow Goama’s revenue with new client acquisition and retention. You will create long-term and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Goama remains in their immediate interest and priority. The chosen candidate will oversee accounts and sales primarily in the Philippines and the APAC region.

Your primary objectives are, but not limited to:

Developing leads from free open source users, trials, and marketing campaigns into sales opportunities (in-bound sources)
Outbound: Contact potential clients through emails, LinkedIn, chat, calls, and social media
Presenting our company to potential clients (into our ideal customer profile accounts like applications, brands and portals)
Achieving revenue targets by actively seeking out new partnerships and customers
Leading negotiations and building relationships with relevant partners and potential affiliates or agencies
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Maintaining direct communication with key accounts and affiliates and follow-up campaigns and projects.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize the benefits to both the company and accounts
Cooperating closely with cross-functional internal teams, including Marketing, Product and Service Delivery, to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and operational matters to improve the entire customer ---------- ainstorming new and creative growth strategies & plans as well as executing and measuring success of initiatives.
Clearly communicating progress of initiatives and preparing performance reports with actionable insights

Qualifications
Bachelor honors in Business, Marketing or any related field.
3+ years working experience in Business Development, Sales Development Rep or similar role.
Experienced with digital space, OTT and fintech; media/marketing agency is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with B2B prospecting sales techniques Track record of achieving sales prospecting quotas.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) & sales productivity software like Outreach, SalesLoft, LeadLander.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and people skills.
Strong presentation capabilities and ability to convey ideas in a concise manner.
