What You’ll Do
You will:
* Take on a cross-functional role that offers an excellent opportunity to learn and progress.
* Learn to execute on new channels with minimal guidance using first-principles based problem-solving
* Be responsible for driving bottom-line results however that is set on a per-client basis
* Drive client-facing marketing strategy and KPIs
* Have a basic understanding of product management
* Own the entire customer funnel from awareness all the way through the purchase and beyond
* Be responsible for paid social, paid search, affiliate, CRM, and influencer marketing
* Oversee conversion rate optimization, landing page development, and funnel build-outs
* Track and report KPIs in easy-to-read dashboards
* Oversee relationships with agency partners, freelancers, and employees to accomplish the above
* Interact with the founder on a daily basis.
* We move fast, so obsession over details and ladder down effects is key, you don't foget to dot your I's or cross your T's even when all hell breaks loose. * In short, you'll be given bottom-line KPIs on a per-channel basis, and you'll determine the best way to beat them. You will have significant autonomy and responsibility.

Who You Are:
You have an overall experience of 2-3 years in any industry but are interested in the marketing space and are a quick learner who is ‘willing to learn’. Time management and communication skills are traits you are known Upgrade to see actual infotails are your bread and butter.
