Your role will be:
• Provide ongoing administrative support to our operations function.
• Provide service support over the phone/internet and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist with various data management and data entry projects.
• Responsible on dispatching duties for new and existing clients.
• Secures information by completing necessary forms to fill-in for loading process.
• Coordinates with trucks’ schedule of reporting / loading to ensure all trucks are covered in timely manner
• Responsible for monitoring and notify clients status of deliveries and pick-ups
What we consider
• At least 1 year of experience in office administration functions and customer service.
• Excellent in organization and computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• Proficient both in spoken and written ENGLISH
• Attention to detail and self-starter.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule and holidays.
• Degree holder in Business administration or any related course.
