I am a Real Estate Agent looking for an Administrative Assistant | Social Media Content Creator who has great administrative skills as well as pristine graphic design skills.

Job Description Must Haves:
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Typing Speed: 60+ WPM
• Prior or recent experience designing attractive images for social media posts
• Ability to take a concept and turn it into a marking piece
• A GREAT eye for design and aesthetics
• A strong understanding of Canva
• Be able to share examples of previous work and be able to design a sample piece upon request
Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge and subscription to Adobe Creative a HUGE plus (ability to use Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop especially.)
• Trello
• Proficient in video editing
• Love Copywriting
