Google adword Specialist

I need a specialist that can launch AdWords campaigns for the asphalt and construction industry. I have several clients, the primary focus is calls directly to my client but online leads are also important.

I am looking for someone to come on and do the following:

- Audit all current adwords accounts
- Help optimize all current campaigns
- Submit monthly updates and reports
- Help maintain and communicate to me about ongoing efforts

I am looking for someone who has experience running ads and generating leads and can provide some result examples or testimonials as well to backup they have experience in Google ads. I have around 4 clients but will be increasing more if we work well together as well as a chance to increase the pay. I will be involved as well looking over the results and the monthly reporting to make sure we are generating calls & leads and everything is being tracked.

The ideal person would be:
Motivated
Knows keyword research and can find good long-tail keywords
Has experience running ads before
Good communication
