Software Engineer - Work from Home

We are looking for a software engineer who is able to create a tracking software similar to Hubstaff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain/update and execute test scenarios

• Responsible for automated testing throughout lifecycle of software that include creation of test scripts, execution and maintenance of automation scripts.

• Analyze business requirements and understand the test acceptance criteria

• Identify, log, track and reporting of issues and or problem areas within software

• Ensure the software meets the functional specifications that have been defined

• Create and maintain test case documentation

• Participate in process improvements

• Ensure that all issues are captured and resolved before reaching the customer’s environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of Software Testing

• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and perform at a high level

• Must have an imaginative, creative mind on testing and investigations

• Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills

• Quick to adopt to new technology and work environment

• Must be able to work on tight deadline with less supervision and deliver impressive results

• Excellent Knowledge of SQL, C, Java, Python is required

• Good understanding of API Integration

• Web languages knowledge is appreciated

• Basic AWS knowledge is required

• Must have experience in server-side API's, integrations such as Trello

* The estimated project length is around 3 months, however if the project milestone are met then we may look to extending the project longer term.
