VA Assistant for Health Insurance Broker

Looking for a VA to manage workflows using ClickUp or ---------- . Must have experience with MS Word and Excel. Ideally, I'm looking for a VA that will manage my CRM (Agency Bloc), email, voice mail, admin tasks and understand technology to look for opportunities to automate biz processes.
