Full Time Virtual Assistant for Busy Entrepreneur

Hi, I'm looking for a full-time, long term relationship with a virtual assistant with a broad skill set but emphasis in marketing.

I own and operate an eCommerce / FBA business and a marketing agency based in Honolulu, Hawaii. I currently employ a team of 20+ but am looking for a right hand to support me. You will need to write excellent English, be fast and responsive, work with minimal oversight, and have at least intermediate digital marketing and graphics editing ability.

Your goal will be to free up my time and support me and my businesses to sustain growth, I will train you on my daily and weekly tasks.

To be successful in this role you must have great attention to detail and communication skills.

Tasks will include:
- Daily clearing my inbox: remove spam, flag important messages, send me a daily and weekly plan just before I wake up (around 5 am Hawaii time)
- Joining client or vendor meetings and taking notes
- Weekly inventory and ad checks (fill a spreadsheet)
- Basic bookeeping in QB online
- Write powerpoint proposals
- Send weekly emails based on instruction
- Research (could be a wide variety of topics)
- Help identify gift ideas and send birthday reminders
- Help with my personal and company social media, content creation, setup, etc...
- Help oversee marketing team performance and results
- Help identify and hire anyone we need for our teams, usually specialists

Your should have at least intermediate skills with:
- Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, FB, Twitter, Pinterest) - content creation and influencer outreach
- Graphics / Editing (Canva, Photoshop)
- Advertising Management: Google Ads, FB / IG / Meta Ads, Amazon Ads
- Website Management (WordPress and Webflow)
- Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
