Senior Javascript Developer: Node.js / Svelte - Long Term

Hi! Our team is hiring senior fullstack Javascript developers.

You should have more than 3 years experience with node.js, CSS, HTML, express.js, and have worked with a front end framework such as React, Vue, Svelte or other similar frameworks.

The work will consist of working on major SEO sites similar to:

## Out Stack

Experience with our exact stack is not required, but you will be tested on your deep understanding of Javascript before joining the team. (Don't worry it is a single JS problem to solve before the ---------- is pretty good at weeding out junior devs.)

Our tech stack includes:

* Postgres
* Postgraphile
* Elder.js (I wrote this framework: ---------- )
* Svelte
* Node.js

If you have robust experience with SQL please note it on your application. (CTEs and recursive queries don't scare you)

If you like data viz, then we've got some exciting projects in the pipeline. Please share your work if you have relevant experience.

## The Work

In working on our team you'll be one of 2-4 senior Javascript developers who helps build out major static sites that help consumers make informed ---------- generally our model is to import huge amounts of data and we make sense of that data.

You can make your own hours but I do expect to be your only client.

We're a small team and we intend to stay small. If you like the feel of a startup where you get to contribute directly to building a great product, this job is for you.

## Pay

This is a long term position and pay scales with experience. I am willing to pay 125,000php/mo or more for the right, very senior candidate.

If you are a mid level developer and looking to become more senior by handling entire segments of an application, don't hesitate to apply. Pay for mid level devs is generally around 50,000-75,000php/mo

## Hiring Process

Generally I hire JS devs with the following process:

1. A 2-4 simple JS knowledge questions upon application.
2. 1 hard JS problem before interview
3. After interview a paid test project that lasts 1-2 weeks so we can learn how we work together.
