Website Developer

I’m looking for a website developer to support our company and have knowledge and understanding of this COUNTER Project (COUNTER - Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources)
Responsibilities
Have the knowledge to COUNTER 5 & SUSHI to understand the standard for software developers to use to allow the software to automatically retrieve all possible reports for all supported possible time ranges for a given library or consortium.
COUNTER also provides advice and guidance to those implementing and using COUNTER Library. Kindly refer to this ----------
Target Goal
• Be able to identify problems independently and clearly.
• Clarify the scope and make an analysis plan and ideas.
• Proficient in using COUNTER data platforms to implement our website
• Understand the structure of COUNTER, API, and SUSHI, to implement on our website
• Efficient and proper accurate application of evaluation methods, organized, logical, and clear presentation of the project
• Put up suggestions and promote suggestions to adopt.
• Understand to be clear about data logic between COUNTER & SUSHI Code to focus on providing a code of practice that helps ensure librarians have access to consistent, comparable, and credible usage reporting for their online scholarly information
• To serve librarians, content providers, and others by facilitating the recording and exchange of online usage statistics.
• To know the Code of Practice provides guidance on data elements to be measured and definitions of these data elements as well as guidelines for output report content and formatting and requirements for data processing and auditing in COUNTER
• To have their usage statistics and reports designated COUNTER-compliant, content providers MUST provide usage statistics that conform to the current Code of Practice
