Inside Sales Agent (Appointment Setter) Office Based in Dumaguete

Global OfficeWorks is looking for positively motivated SALES AGENTS to join our growing Inside Sales Agent Team. You will be working with our Inside Sales Agents team to call US Real Estate Brokers to set appointments and communicate with property owners.

Requirements:
1. Call Center or Phone sales experience.
2. Self Initiative with a strong work ethic
3. Strong phone presence, conversational skills and a pleasant personality.
4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
5. Strong listening and presentation skills
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
7. A positive mental attitude.
8. Willingness TO LEARN an IN-DEMAND and VALUABLE SKILL.
9. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, OR equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
10. Ability to perform well in a team environment.

OUTBOUND SALES IS FUN and LUCRATIVE

Global OfficeWorks offers a base salary of PHP14,000 per month + incentives, which include several bonus programs to reward employees and provide opportunities to earn in excess of PHP20,000 per month.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll collaborate with our US client to set appointments and update their calendars and manage the clients leads database using popular prospecting platforms online. ISA is a performance based role with reasonable quotas.
