Jacob & Co. is currently going through a period of rapid growth. We need an Executive Assistant to help take Jacob & Co. to the next level. What we are setting out to accomplish is no easy task, so hard work, passion and creativity will be required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepares, reviews and maintains projects and tracks activities from start to finish without any oversight or reminders
* Completes a broad variety of tasks to facilitate the CEO’s projects and vision for the organization including: assisting with special projects, producing reports and documents, and collecting and preparing information for meetings with internal and external parties.
* Keeps the CEO well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follows up appropriately.
* Anticipates needs of the CEO prior to meetings, conferences, etc.
* Acts as a liaison for the CEO and report back the updates / insights for assigned
* Being the organized counterpart to a "big picture creative" CEO who is constantly coming up with new ideas, designs, trends, directions, and business
* Uses a project management tool to keep all projects organized and track progress
* Takes in varied amounts of information, from multiple different sources/angles, and proactively synthesize/share the high-level overview so the chairman can make an informed decision
* Demonstrates proactiveness (aka follow up) in addressing business needs to secure project deliverables
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to work full time (9:00am - 6:00pm EST)
* Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably in a communication, marketing or administration field.
* At least 3 years experience and well versed in communicating with C-Level Executives inside the organization
*Have experience overseeing business from a high level, acting as a liaison to the CEO with involvement/insight on the activities within each department.
* Thrive on being the organized counterpart to a "big picture creative" CEO who is constantly coming up with new ideas, designs, trends, directions, and business plans.
* Naturally organized with hands-on experience with project management tools
* Excellent at creating reports that are straightforward and easy to understand
* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to get along with a team and work with diverse groups
* Active and clear communicator to make sure project stakeholders are always in the loop
* Effective communicator to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunications
* Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization
* Enthusiastic and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to complete a high volume of tasks independently with little or no supervision
