Position Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Work from home
Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience

- Position Mission
> Manage accurate financial and business records
- Responsibilities
> Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
> Bank Reconciliation and Client Account record keeping.
> Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
> Bring the books to the trial balance stage
> Perform partial checks of the posting process
> Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
> Support Accounting Manager in preparation of management account monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation for Audit and Tax return.
- Job Requirements and Skills
> Full Time Position, CST
> Proven Experienced in Buildium Software
> At least 2 years “Property Management Industry” experience is a must
> Proven bookkeeping experience
> Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
> Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
> Data entry skills and attention to detail
> Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
> Proficiency in English and in MS Office
> BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- General Requirements
> Well organized home office setup without outside noise or distraction
> Reliable power and internet required. Backup systems required.
> Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm CST with 30 minute lunch break.
> Full-time, minimum 40 hrs per week
> Be fully focused during work hours, do not work on other jobs, freelance work, or personal items
> Must be detail oriented and have good organization skills
> Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
> Must be good at problem
> If errors are made candidate must be able to determine root cause: identify if process needs improvement or what needs to be improved to be more successful in the future. We encourage your feedback to help us to continuously improve as a team.
