JOB OVERVIEW

We are searching for a motivated virtual recruiter/HR specialist to assist our company in finding the best candidates for a range of jobs across different departments. The virtual recruiter's responsibilities will include writing clear job descriptions and posting them online, sourcing and screening potential candidates, communicating with the Manager and staff, reviewing job requirements, conducting interviews, assisting with onboarding, and helping with any other recruitment-related tasks.

Virtual Recruiter Responsibilities:
• Writing detailed, clear job descriptions and posting them on a range of job boards to attract candidates.
• Communicating with the manager/supervisor and reviewing job descriptions to ensure accurate shortlisting of candidates.
• Fostering solid professional relationships with prospective hires.
• Following up promptly with prospective hires.
• Screening candidates and scheduling online interviews.
• Writing up questions for interviews when required.
• Developing new recruitment strategies with the recruitment manager.
• Assisting with onboarding duties to help new staff during the transition process.
• Responding to inquiries in a polite, efficient manner.

Virtual Recruiter Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Degree in HR or communications would be advantageous.
• Previous recruitment experience – If you do not have one do not waste our time!
• Ability to use MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Hangouts.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Ability to handle different tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, and written and verbal communication ---------- pany’s ground rules


1. Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
2. You work Monday – Friday
3. If you will for any reason have a problem with performing your work you must notify us the same second that the problem occurs. If your PC/laptop stops working, if your connection is lost you report via ---------- the same ---------- nt (via phone).
4. If you are planning to be absent from work you tell us in advance and those days are of course not covered in your salary.
5. Days off: Negotiable – must be announced 1 week in advance.
6. Power outages: If you are experiencing them more often than 2 days per month we can not work with you.
7. Internet connection: Must not be reason for you not doing your job – If you have problems with internet we can not work with you.
8. You must do all daily tasks given.

Daily tasks – If not completed every day – no pay

• Screen recording of all 8 hours sent to us after your shift is over
• Daily diary of your work updated every hour of your work and completed by the end of your shift
