Supplychain Manager Dropshipping

Hi Supply Chain Stars!

We are looking for a Supply Chain manager for our Dropshipping business. We need someone who understands the dropshipping market, has at least 3 years of experience as a Suppply Chain Manager for a shopify dropshipping business and speaks English fluently. We currently have 3 stores running and if you are suitable and the cooperation runs smoothly, we would like to have you for a longer period of time.

What we ask from you regarding experience:

1. You speak/write good English
2. At least 3 years of Supply Chain Manager Experience
3. At least 3 years experience with Shopify Dropshipping incl. monitoring product quality, shipping, inventory etc.
4. Problem-solving person and taking initiative, our team is full of pro-active people
5. Working with google drive sheets is not new to you
6. Communication/Reporting is something you do on a weekly bases
7. Think out of the box person who understands the Supply Chain workflow and is able to improve it.
8. Answer these 3 questions at the top of your application

a) How do you manage the product quality/sizing? Please describe the proces in short.

b) What problems did you solved in the past at other dropshipping businesses you worked for?

c) What would you do to improve the shipping times drastically? e.g. from 10-14 business days to 7-10.
