Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building valuation and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transaction models
• Analyzing financial statements and operational information on client companies and input data into valuation models
• Drafting of valuation reports
• Drafting of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM) for M&A transactions
• Conducting market research on companies and industries
• Assisting the Senior Analyst and M&A Manager in documenting company processes and procedures for marketing, valuation,
consulting, and business ---------- pensation and Benefits:

• Gross Monthly Pay: PHP 25,000 (negotiable)
• Performance Bonus: based on Individual and Company performance
• Annual Salary Increase: based on Individual and Company performance
• Vacation Leave: 0 to 1 year - 5 Days; 1 year to 5 years - 10 Days; 5 years onwards - 15 Days
• Sick Leave: 7 Days
• Paid Holidays: 13 Days (Mixed US and PH Holiday)
• Share in Government Contributions (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth)
• Health and Medicine Allowance: PHP 20,000 Annual (Eligible after 1 year of service)
• Life Insurance Allowance: PHP 10,000 Annual (Eligible after 1 year of service)
• Internet Allowance: PHP 1,000 / month (Eligible after 1 year of service)

Desired Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge and understanding of financial statements
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing reports

Experience / Education:

• Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Science with a degree in Accounting, Finance or other related courses
• At least 3 years of work experience in Accounting / Finance
• Background in project management systems and other programs is an advantage
