Line Manager: Strategy & Analytics Manager
OVERVIEW
The Amazon Assistant provides assistance to the Strategy & Analytics Manager and keeps brand accounts running smoothly on various online marketplaces such as Amazon. You will work with our client's accounts and manage their own portfolio of brands, product development, and fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will be part of an exciting organization that continues to develop and grow its tea
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end customer service experience on Amazon with an eye toward fast resolution of customer contacts.
2. Monitor inventory flows in/out of Amazon
3. Monitors sales projections using system reports and tracking.
4. Monitor product listings on Amazon for various issues including unauthorized changes, and pricing errors. Proactively alert teams about any issues and action them accordingly.
5. List, update and edit existing catalog listings and monitor contents on Amazon
6. Generate keyword ranking files; analyze and set appropriate target ranks for each keyword
7. Open cases depending on necessity and as instructed
8. Monitor existing cases and update our case management system for follow-through by the supervisor
9. Monitor account health and metrics and proactively alert teams about any issues and action them accordingly
10. Creating and updating flat files with listing content
11. Fulfill any other role duties as directed by your line manager.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of professional experience in Amazon and e-commerce operations
2. Thorough understanding of Amazon and e-commerce operations through relevant job experience
3. Experience communicating with and supporting internal and external stakeholders at all levels
4. Experience with project management and collaboration tools
5. Understanding of Amazon’s products and services including advertising and retail
6. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
7. High level of proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
8. Overall understanding of Amazon’s core principles, business objectives, and development history
9. Experience in a start-up culture i.e. self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
10. Excellent communication with Clients over
11. Familiar with a project management tools like ASANA
