Overall Responsibility
• The Research Analyst position will support all tasks under the Research Department, which includes but is not limited to the following: undertake primary and secondary research functions; collection, consolidation and verification of outsourcing industry and related economic data; generation of PowerPoint decks; and report writing.
Required Skills of the Research Analyst
• The Research Analyst must have good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Must have excellent writing skills and able to produce professional-level research and reports.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively liaise with team members from various global offices and with clients from multinational companies and multilateral organizations.
• Must have basic project management skills to support the lead project manager.
• Must work well with a Team, as collaboration is essential in the Tholons Workplace.
• Must be a motivated individual, willing to contribute to building the local Tholons Team.
• Must be a self-starter, capable of utilizing one’s own initiative to catalyse and contribute to the Team’s objectives.
• Must have proficiencies in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work.

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree with a major in Research, Economics, Statistics and/or related fields is preferred but not essential.
• 1-2 years of experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
