JOB DESCRIPTION
These are the base tasks that will be expected from you day-to-day. Since we're a company that is committed to helping our team learn and grow ... you will be expected to learn more. You will need to have good ENGLISH speaking abilities.
Managing Emails. Sorting, filtering and sending replies
Inputting and scheduling marketing emails
Managing the personal calendar and online appointment schedule
Managing and organizing files: storing and retrieving
Formatting, spell-checking, and scheduling email marketing messages
Booking flights and accommodations online for personal and business travel
Running personal errands: (purchasing gifts online, etc)
Answering support tickets submitted by clients and prospective clients
Managing social media profiles: Scheduling post, making updates to pages and groups, responding to Facebook page/group conversations and requests on behalf of the client
Checking marketing page links and downloads
Creating basic reports
Sending emails requesting payments from the client's clients
Setting up and scheduling webinars using web-based service. Remind clients of webinars.
Post reminders of upcoming webinars, trainings and events
