Role’s responsibilities:
• Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, eBay).
• Research & locate companies who offer complimenting products/services for our customers to create a two-way affiliate relationships + influencer marketing (one-way affiliate).
• Create email flows (Klaviyo) to sell more products and services to our customers.
• Plan & manage content creation: text, graphics and video for branding, ads and customer education.
• Plan and execute best SEO practices.
• Optimize conversion across all platforms (track, test, adjust, repeat)
• Hire freelancers, providing clear instructions and overseeing their work.
• Constantly collect and analyze all possible data to track performance and make decisions.

Key Skills Required:
• Technical Skills: paid ads on all platforms (Facebook, Google, eBay, Amazon), SEO knowledge,
• Analytical Skills: analyze data from ads, conversion and sales to make data-driven decisions.
• Content Creation: writing articles/posts, basic video production and graphic design.
• Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of our peer-to-peer communications. Must have excellent oral and written skills.
• Project Management Skills: planning, communication, scheduling, risk management, cost management, negotiation, critical thinking, task management and quality ---------- pensation: compensation range is Php 40,000-Php 65,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
A performance-based compensation structure will be offered within ---------- days, to alight the company goals with yours, you will be able to choose between salary only to performance-based only or a combination of both.
