Hi!! This is Toni!! Rejuvenate Salon & Spa empowers clients to be the best version of themselves by providing premium salon and spa services, teaching our guests and community the importance of self-care and improving our guests’ health & wellness through thorough consultations, education-based styling sessions, in-salon events, and so much more and we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant / Digital Marketing Specialist.

- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work from 8 am - 5 pm Central Timezone, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Graphic design and video editing
* Run marketing campaigns and Facebook ads, generate leads, analyze results and connect with leads
* Create engaging content for social media platforms, schedule posts, and increase engagement
* Organize content folders and training files
* Email and calendar management
* Handle task management system
* Assist in recruitment (HR, research and interview potential candidates, create staff schedule)
* Coordinate and plan events for salon, team-building outings, and college visits
* Prepare for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and personal development meetings with staff
* Come up with salon contests (games) for staff
* Create manuals
* Generate reports
* Research
* Booking and corresponding with personal vacation rental property


Note: Knowledge in Trello, Constant Contact, and Canva is a plus
