Sales concierge specialists are the frontline voice for the company and play an integral part in our success by ensuring positive and professional communication and scheduling calls with prospective students to close sales.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The mission of this FULL-TIME position is to take complete ownership of all our online sales closing processes.

Responsibilities:
• Interact with warm prospective clients via software CRM system this included phone (inbound and outbound), email, SMS
text and live chat.
• Educate prospective clients on the courses we offer and the benefits of our training programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships even beyond the sale.
• Leverage customer service skills to deliver personalized service and strategy sessions.
• Document and Communicate user challenges to the product team.
• Document all customer interactions and outcomes in our internal CRM.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Close Sales.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 1+ years of call center experience
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of converting prospects into clients.
• Must have experience as a sales CLOSER. **This is not an appointment setter position.
• Must be talkative, friendly, have great communication skills, ability to be persuasive, and possess confidence when
interacting with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated and enjoys hitting sales goals.
• Must be available weekdays 9am - 5pm EST
• Experience with multi-channel support (call, email, chat, SMS, social media) Preferred.
• Familiarity with using CRM systems like HighLevel.
• English that is strong enough to rival a native English speaker and writer.
• Strong communication skills and a great phone presence.
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn, and quickly adapt.
• Comfortable in the fast-paced, high-growth environment of a startup.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
• Must be available 5 days during the week and 2 hours during the weekends.


PAY, HOURS, AND PERKS
• Full-time freelancer
• Base Salary 40,000 PHP
• 5% Commission on each course sale (5200 – 7800 PHP per course sale) you can expect to close 10-30+ course sales a
month
• 100% remote opportunity
