Amazon Sourcer

Our team of two Amazon sellers is looking to hire a full-time virtual assistant to aid with finding products for resale via Tactical Arbitrage, reverse sourcing, and storefront stalking. The right candidate will play a key role in helping the business grow and can work independently without much direction. We would ideally like someone who already has experience with Keepa, TA, and product sourcing for Amazon. We will ensure you have all the virtual resources you need for this position and will provide further training where applicable.

A little bit about us: we are a team of two Amazon sellers based in the US with two separate businesses (but we work well together in various ways). We currently have one VA who has been with us for two years and we are looking to expand the team to be able to focus on more lead generation to help our businesses grow.

Responsibilities include:

• 40 hours weekly (FT position)

• Searching for products to be sold within the perimeters provided

• Analyzing potential purchases

• Providing these lists to employers in a well-organized manner

• Planning your lead generating activities in advance

• Generating sales leads by researching online US stores

• Engaging in a virtual bi-weekly team meeting (with employers and other VA on team)

• Finding new sites to source from

• Presenting your findings daily via online documents/spreadsheets

• Clear English written and verbal communication skills

• Fast, stable internet connection and laptop/computer

• Familiar with Amazon

• Optimization tools experience, Keepa experience preferred

• Can start immediately

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical

• Must be proficient with spreadsheets

• Must be willing to learn and grow as the role and needs of the business grows

• TA experience preferred (and we will ensure you are further trained on it)

• Drive and passion to get the job done with the right team



If this is YOU, we need you in our team! There will be a 90-day paid probationary period. After 90 days, we will review your performance and your ability to perform your job well. This position is long term with lots of room to grow!
