Social Media and Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Bad-Ass Social Media & Marketing Manager that will work alongside our team during Denver, Colorado hours (9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time). Your job is to increase the number of people who engage and ultimately invest in our various funds. You’ll do this by optimizing every part of our marketing funnel; creating original text and video content to our brand style, posting that content on various social media platforms, as well as creating & editing our website and email nurture sequences.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Success in this role = increasing investors in our fund.

This role will start with a $600/month salary and up to an additional $1,000 in bonuses based on goals we d ---------- together in your first year.

• A metrics driven mindset. Someone who focuses on the numbers and end goals.
• Previous experience working in a social media management role at 2 different companies.
• Experience using and/or can easily pick up software tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Webflow, and Notion.
• Incredible email/written communication skills that are cordial, clear, and concise.
• Great energy and are generally optimistic.
• The ability to solve problems with a clear outcome with little initial direction.
• No outside consulting/business engagements.
• The desire to build a career and learn more about real estate and investing.
• Experience managing the creation of email nurture sequences, websites, and content calendars.
• Samples they can show of content they’ve created & posted on their companies’ behalf.

What does the interview process look like:
First, you’ll fill out our initial intake form (forms.gle/wTYNeWRoGcTjKn2P9), then if we’re an initial good fit, I’ll have you record a one-minute video. Following the video, I’ll ask you to take an Inner Matrix Assessment and we’ll do a 30-minute video interview. If we’re grooving, thereafter do a paid 1 day working ---------- om there, we’ll both understand if it’s a good fit and if we want to work together.
