Relationship Manager & Customer Support Executive

Fast-growing startup is looking for an ambitious and dedicated professional to join the team. The role is a combination of relationship management & attending to customer support requests.

This job is FULL TIME and FULLY REMOTE (Work from home).
This is for a FEMALE professional to join an existing all-female relationship management team

Key roles & responsibilities include:
(1) Helping onboard new users to the platform;
(2) Assist in converting new users to subscribers, including by developing & managing user profiles on the platform;
(3) Assist in getting users to re-subscribe;
(4) Managing Whatsapp & Telegram communication channels between the company and its users;
(5) Conducting online interviews with users;
(6) Responding to customer support enquiries & requests for assistance;
(7) Assist in ad-hoc marketing & promotional efforts e.g. contacting social media celebrities and influencers with marketing & promotional offers;
(8) Monitoring customer satisfaction among the company's users.
(9) Recruiting users to the platform from external platforms;
(10) Recording of daily number of users

Fluency in reading, writing & speaking English is a MUST.

You should be hardworking, flexible, patient, easy to adapt with changes & must display initiative.
Your working hours are spread out across the week, and includes alternate Saturdays & Sundays.
