Job Responsibilities:
• Serves our clients and partners by providing style information and resolving any product and service problems.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information on our database.
• Resolves problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Prepares excel sheets or any related reports in a timely manner by collating correct information from approved resources.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
