Website + Email Campaign management

I am for looking for someone with a great can-do attitude, who is a quick learner and can adapt as responsibilities shift, or are added to.

This job is specifically about tech. BUT NO PROGRAMMING - only have to learn to leverage existing software.

If you want to leverage what you know and expand your skills ... we'd love to have you. We have a number of systems we use, none are rocket science, just need someone who loves this stuff and wants to help us do more and do more themselves!

ABOUT ME:

I am an Executive Mindset Coach based in America. (my work is almost exclusively online via zoom).

ABOUT THE JOB:

So I need someone who is familiar with or feels comfortable learning all about wordpress, sales funnels ,and email campaigns. We will also be building out Landing Pages on Swipepages or Clickfunnels, digital courses with an LMS system, updating our website on wordpress, and a ton of fun software to compliment it all. If this seems way too overwhelming - don't apply. If this seem exciting ... apply!

You don't need to be an expert in any, there are video tutorials, just have to ability and desire to learn how all the systems work.

YOU KNOW OR WILL LEARN:

- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Sales Funnels (Swipepages or clickfunnels)
- Opt-ins
- Websites (WordPress + Themify Theme)
- Blogs
- Copywriting for website/posts - Leveraging my material, and expanding on it.
- LMS systems
- Light video editing with software

PAY, HOURS & EXPECTATIONS:

- Pay is $300 USD per month for full-time work. (If you require more, blow me away and I'll raise it.)
- 40 hours per week.
- Guaranteed work for at least 6 months.
- You will need to work some US hours because of LinkedIn email communication based on Central Standard Time Zone.
- Must work a minimum of 15 minutes per weekday and must work a total of 40 hours per week. Time app for this.
- Hoping to keep the employee on indefinitely for + months, Increase in pay after 1 year.
- We have a daily check-in via zoom, you must be available for this.

SYSTEM / SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

Must use Google Chrome web browser
Must have experience using Google Drive
Must be able to understand English in audio and written form, and speak it.
Must be strong in written English - good writing and grammar skills.
Must have stable fast internet and good computer to handle multitasking
We will have a daily zoom check-in.
Accepted applicant will undergo training

PREFERENCES:

Ability to watch a video and solve problems on your own.
Prior Experience with website design and brand management is a plus but not required.
Graphic/Video Editing Skills a plus - please mention.
Must be patient, flexible, self-starter, able to learn quickly and solve problems on your own.
