Hi!

I have 20 vacation rental properties in Sydney and only one VA helping me, which means I'm stuck in the business! So I need your help.

This is a part time job with scope to be full time if you prove that you have what it takes to run the show without me (the owner). it is very easy to juggle with another part time job/freelance tasks until you go full time, because you can choose your hours, i.e. I will not force you to sit at a desk doing my work for the same times every single day. So long as you do your duties, I don't care when you do them. The only times I ask you to be 'on a set shift' is when it is your turn to cover guest comms / phone lines.

We operate from 8am - midnight. We have shifts where you can simply cover guest communications by checking your phone and sending a message every 20 mins and that's it. And we have shifts where you can choose your hours and do them anytime at all.

We are looking for a SMART rockstar to join our team. Someone who can make calculated decisions on their own. Someone who can own their position and basically run a company of 20 vacation rental listings. Tasks include (but are not limited to):

- Using GoogleSheets and formulas to add up bookings and sending invoices to owners
- Direct the cleaning and maintenance team to do tasks (and come up with solutions yourself, for them to go and implement)
- Book repair men to solve issues
- Minimum 2 years experience with Airbnb hosting and working with a channel manager (and a reference to vouch for you). Please don't apply if you don't have this experience. We can't train from scratch.
- Paying supplier invoices. Please start your intro message with the word banana so I know you read this job description.
- Checking videos of cleaner / video chat with cleaners to run thru the cleaning checklist
- Able to juggle multiple moving parts and ensure every single thing assigned to you is done on the first ask (Do not apply if you require your boss to follow up with you to get things done as it won't last and will be a waste of time. - Write articles (super easy using Jasper.ai and it writes it all for you)
- Manage our existing VA to ensure they do guest/owner comms etc correctly, and in the most intelligent, professional manner.

- Bonus: if you have experience doing social media mgmt, SEO, adwords etc, we could get you full time right away.

- have impeccable, confident communication skills (advanced English with an almost American sounding accent) - We're sorry but if you have a thick Tagalog/Filipino accent, this isn't what we're looking for :(
