Programming Master for Shopify eCommerce Themes

I'm looking for someone that can help program different "elements" (see example below) into themes that I've purchased into highly converting product pages.

For example, I got the Debut Shopify theme. I would like to turn the product page into the following:

Or at least something very similar.

I will have ongoing freelance work as I am launching sites for myself and clients quite often. If the person we hire provides quality work and within a specified time, he / she will be hired full time.

I will be requesting sample of PROGRAMMING work. I am not looking for a Shopify designer. Must understand programming.
