Customer Service Specialist

We are a young and thriving commercial and residential cleaning company located in the San Francisco Bay Area, United States, looking for dynamic and energetic customer service specialist to join our team.

We currently employ 4 full time wonderful ladies (Diza, Danica Mary and Vanessa) from the Philippines. They have been with us since November ever since we discovered this wonderful site called online jobs.ph

Diza has been here twice ( two weeks in December 1 week in January) we brought her here and of course covered all her expenses. Our idea is to eventually bring each person we hire to visit us here in the USA so that they can meet us in person and experience working from our office settings.

Our company strives to be a fair employer. We love EACH one of our employees. our compensation is fair and in some cases we have doubled the asking salary due to excellent performance.
And after you complete a year working with us we will provide medical benefits for you and your children (if any) You will also receive paid vacation.

Your salary would start at $550 us dollars and again, depending on your performance would give you a rate increase shortly after.

The job consist in answering calls and booking cleaning services for our teams in the field ( 26 and counting) solving any customer issues with grace and sweetness. In this line of business is very important that be fully bi-lingual and to have a neutral ascent, so please keep this in mind when you apply.
