Virtual Customer Service and Ecommerce Assistant

Two Lighthouses Ltd are looking for a virtual Customer Service / Ecommerce Assistant who can work on multiple ecommerce brands. They will be responsible for communicating with customers, managing our ecommerce accounts and conducting periodic tasks for the company and respective brands. All communication will be computer based via email, Zoom, platfor ---------- ssengers and slack.

Two Lighthouses currently manage 5 different brands in a range of different ---------- cluding: Home and Garden Supplies, Safety ware and PPE, Suitcases and Luggage and Ladies Fashion.

This is for a long-term, full-time position and the applicant should not have another client or be connected to another company.

Minimum Requirements:
Fluent in speaking and typing in English
Confident using computers and softwares (such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.)
Hours: 9am - 5pm UK Time (Mon - Fri)
Must have your own computer with camera, and a headset
Fast internet speed & back up required (5-10 mbps)
Must be hardworking and willing to learn

Would Be Nice:
Experience using Amazon, eBay or Shopify
Confident using Excel / Google Sheets

Day to Day Tasks:
Platforms that we use daily eBay / Amazon / Shopify
Customer Services - interacting with customers on a daily basis (we have database with over 2 years of messages, ready to be used)
Manage the health of Ecommerce accounts on different platforms
Edit listings (prices, descriptions, images)
Communicate with couriers regarding shipping issues
Competitive Analysis of Competitors
Process Returns / Shipping Labels
Process Dropshipping Orders
Conduct weekly / monthly reporting
Conduct virtual stock check with help of warehouse

Compensation:
25,000 PHP per month paid on the 15th and last day of the month
Attendance Bonus: 3,000 PHP per month for no unexpected absences
Six (6) Paid Public Holidays & One (1) paid personal day, for every month worked.
