Real Estate Photo Editor

Norman & Young Real Estate Media is based in Ft. Worth, Tx. We are a real estate media company and we are in search of Real Estate Photo Editors able to hand blend 3 bracket real estate photos.

We are ideally looking for $0.55/image with blue sky replacement on interior and exterior shots and able to handle between 300-1,000 images per day. Projects will be uploaded between 9PM CST to 12AM CST Tuesday-Saturday and would need to be completed and uploaded by 9AM CST or earlier.

The workflow will consist of:
- Communicating with Virtual Assistant via ---------- and Slack.
- Downloading, editing and completing projects in a timely manner.
- Quality checking for errors and rectifying where necessary.
- Uploading the finished projects, ensuring that photos are of the highest quality, delivered in a timely manner, and that every product the client ordered is complete and uploaded.
- Ability to grass green, grass replace, sky replace, item removal, virtual staging (optional) and color correct.
- Prompt and accurate responses to Slack messages, ---------- alerts, or any other communication during work hours.

As time goes on, we hope to even further automate aspects of our business and hope to provide plenty of opportunity for growth and promotion in the company.
