Digital Marketing Associate

We are a Los Angeles based e-commerce company with multiple sites looking for a Marketing Associate to join the team.

You will be part of the Marketing team and be working to help coordinate and facilitate anything having to do with Marketing which, in our company, encompasses a broad area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to continue to grow both their Marketing and E-commerce skills in a fast paced company with talented individuals. We require a high degree of common sense, attention to detail and curiosity to solve problems and forge new territory. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of utilizing strategies that are new to e-commerce and that results in "learn as you go" mentality that is critical for success within our team.
Because you will be managing several marketing projects, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Generating reports
-Coordinating between the agencies and Marketing team to always make sure projects are moving forward
-New product development/sourcing/launching
-Analyzing costs to develop recommendation on pricing
-Monitoring Shopify results utilizing different plug ins to look at performance daily/weekly/monthly

Required:
- Shopify
- Facebook/Google Ads
- Google analytics
- Klaviyo
- Attentive
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to learn software quickly
- Excellent problem solving skills

You must be willing to work the graveyard shift to match the Marketing Team's hours of Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM PST. We work remotely and depend on Google Chat to communicate with each other throughout the day often jumping on spur of the ---------- nt Google Meetings to discuss things. We find this helps keep the ball moving and is the most efficient way for our team. We expect a high degree of personal accountability and communication with individuals on our team to pull their weight and help us achieve our goals.
