Maintenance Specialist - Southeast Asia

Job Responsibilities:

Do Follow ups - Calling, emailing, texting Vendors/tenants on work orders.
Troubleshooting- walking tenants through TS steps or asking for serial tag and photos of the request for reference
Answering calls- When a tenant calls, taking down their concern or providing an update on a work order through reading maintenance notes.
Qualification:

College Graduate
Good Communication Skills
Experience in Inbound and Outbound calls
Must be flexible with schedule
May be required to work weekends and after hours shifts
Must have 4GB up Working Equipment-Laptop/Desktop
Must have 15-20 up Mbps Internet Connection
Open to start as soon as possible
