Composing, preparing, revising and finalizing written documents and correspondence as directed by the attorney
Electronic filings
Record keeping and organizational details
Form document drafting
Calling medical providers (if you have strong english skills)

We are looking for the right person with the best fit of skills. We'll find the duties that fit with your skillset.
Spanish-speaking is a major plus but not required.

Pay shall be higher than the market rate for a high-quality person. Stated otherwise, we are willing to pay you more than other firms, but we are also looking for an individual who stands out in their commitment to excellence. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in our clients’ lives and be a part of something big. If you’re looking for just another job, then this is probably not the best fit for you.

While we don’t expect you to be psychic, candidates should be able to commit to at least two years of full-time employment. We are not looking for short-term, part-time candidates. There also shall be room for growth as our firm is expanding rapidly.
Some months we are exceptionally busy and you may work more than 40 hrs a week some weeks.
