Qualifications:
-With at least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in account management role with the same job responsibilities is required for this position
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Requires professional speaking ability and exceptional english, a pleasant phone voice is an advantage
-Team player and self-motivated, willing to “go the extra mile”
-Preferably with experience in Finance, Economics or Quantitative Finance related fields.
-Experience and understanding in the capital markets industry and securities, financial market data or quantitative/algorithmic trading is an advantage. Any trading experience on crypto or stocks is beneficial
-With knowledge and background in B2B experience communications and marketing
-Experience in Slack, ---------- , and other online productivity tools a plus
-Must have keen attention to details
-Must have a strong and stable internet connection (Cost will be covered by the firm as operational cost)

Responsibilities:
-Market and client research with financial professionals, investment firms, hedge funds, banking and trading institutions.
-Ability to lead VIP client's communication, both inbound/outbound calls and emails, and presentation
-Support clients during pre-sales and post-sales activities through excellent customer relations.
-Recording orders in the database and maintaining client data.
-Communicating important feedback from customers to improve.
-Support the sales team with any general tasks to reach the team's objectives, including but not limited to: analyzing client requests and orders to generate quotes, creating emails, scheduling meetings and follow-ups with clients, call transcription/updating sales notes and client status.
