JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative, reliable social media manager to join our small team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, keeping projects organised, and being part of a growing agency without the pressures of a large corporate environment. You'll work across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, supporting both EverMint Media and our clients.

This is a part-time freelance position (10-15 hours per week) with flexible remote working and the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Create and manage content for Evermint Media as well as our clients across Linkedin, IG, FB, and other social media channels;
- Assist in building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification;
- Generate new ideas for social media posts and execute against them from start to finish, including video and photo editing;
- Write engaging social media content that reflects the customer's brand’s voice - skill with the distinction of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms;
- Communicate with clients on all elements of the campaign, including planning, performance, and project status;
- Assist with lead generation campaign;
- Assist in hiring other social media managers as the team expands.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or relevant experience;
- A solid understanding of social media marketing for business and trends;
- Confident in the ability to quickly learn and implement new technology platforms and programs;
- Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to edit and proofread your own work.
