Product Manager for ZAP
A successful Product Manager is someone who has a passion for startups, with experience in B2B2C. Having experience in the retail or F&B industry is a plus. They must be extremely customer focused, with a keen eye for identifying product opportunities while presenting creative options to tackle challenges.
Apart from having a strong product background, they are expected to have an inclination for business with a startup mindset, always curious, always willing to experiment, and always on their feet.
The Product Manager owns their own product and leads their respective teams to deliver goals set by the organization. As an integral part of the company, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Execution of product strategy and roadmap
Creation and tracking of product-related goals
Champion user experience strategy and ensure the voice of the customer/user is represented in all areas of the company
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to come up with creative solutions to roadblocks in product design and development
Own the product backlog from definition, features, roadmap to commercialization
Devise tests and quality checks to ensure that the products and features are delivered as specified
Maintain a well-rounded understanding of the company's products and solutions
Ensure alignment of teams by communicating a clear grasp and awareness of the products
Provide technical support to business development efforts

Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
Has the initiative to address gaps in processes and teams and a strong drive to deliver results.
Understands how to leverage data to make informed product decisions
Good communication and presentation skills;
Satisfactory understanding of UI and UX
Decent grasp of technology potential and limitation
Can run teams on an Agile product development process
Preferably with product management experience in a technology company
