Finance Manager - with AU Account and Xero Experience

We need a real experienced accountant for proper cost analysis so our business can make more profit.

Duties & Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Full-Cycle Accounting functions on a weekly basis
- Filling in and perform the weekly tasks of the bookkeepers when necessary
- Helping with planning/executing processes for bookkeepers
- Ensuring bookkeeper functions are completed accurately and timely
- Reviewing Financial Statements to confirm proper reconciliation & accurate reporting
- Prepare basic financial reports & coordinate with Accountant to ensure accuracy
- Collaborating with third party partners to achieve correct invoicing of services rendered
- Manage multiple Xero organizations
- Accounting Clean Up (Contacts, Chart of Accounts)
- Payroll Management
- Set up cost analysis per product
- Coordinating with the external accountants to finalize the submission of tax compliance reports
- Establishing process improvements and financial reports highlights
- Documenting each process for training and turnover purposes
- Completing ad-hoc related tasks

Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role
- Accounting & Finance background is a must
- Proficient in Xero
- Experience in leading & reviewing work performed by others (i.e bookkeepers)
- Knowledge with Australian taxation is a plus
- Familiarity or hands-on experience in the following tools: Shopify, G-Suite, Hubdoc, Deputy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated with strong leadership skills
- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and able to perform when there's little direction
- Analytical and attentive to important details
- Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to adhere to deadlines
- Teamplayer

We need someone who's organized, flexible, very smart and detail oriented - triple Virgo level. We need someone positively assertive and will be committed to what we're trying to achieve as a team. Someone honest with very good work ethic - someone we can trust with remote work. A strong problem solver and someone not afraid of changes for improvement. Obviously someone who's ready to work remotely with their own laptop, internet connection and has their Business Continuity Plan in place (back up laptop, second connection, a nearby place she can run to just to make sure work is uninterrupted in case of a power outage, etc.).

We have a team of 40 located in the PH. The business is growing and there is room for career advancement within the team.

WORK DAYS (5 days a week)
Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

RATE:
USD 8 per hour (probationary period) | USD 9 per hour (regular rate)
Conversion:
PHP 64,000 per month (probationary period) | PHP 72,000 per month (regular rate)
