VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
ROLE
* Preparing all the material needed for the campaigns
* Images and videos in the right format
* Editing the images with edit tools such as Canva, Photoshop or any other tool
* Preparing titles and adcopies for the campagnes
* Setting up the campaigns
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Having a good grammar and spelling
* Disciplined, structured and fun to work with
* Maintaining a certain benchmark that is created by the Process Manager Working in Shopify with a staff account
* Knowing how to work with Photoshop or different edit programs to provide high quality product pictures and GIFs that are additional to the product descriptions
* Knowing how to setup
RESULTS
* Making attractive and convincing ads/ campaigns
* Making sure all the work is finished within the time frame
* Thinking along with the CEO and Process Manager
* Improving yourself and the results everyday
REQUIREMENTS
* You speak & write English fluently
* You have experience with eCommerce, shopify dropshipping,
* Being able to use different kind of tools, systems & programs
* You have an excellent eye for marketing angles
* Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
* Fast and reliable internet connection
* Dependable computer (Windows or Mac) and phone
* Quick response during work hours is required via WhatsApp
* Ability to ask questions when in doubt
* Ability to chat with us via WhatsApp if needed
