Forensic Planning Engineer

Qualification and experience:
- At least 5yrs experience working on live construction projects
- With an engineering degree from a reputable school
- Bright and brilliant with impressive academic records
- Advanced expertise with Primavera software
- Advanced expertise in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other MS Office applications
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Trustworthy
- Diligent with a good attitude towards work
- Good personality
- Willing to be trained working in construction disputes (i.e., construction claims and construction arbitration delay expert services)

Responsibilities:
- Assistance in the preparation of construction claims and delay expert reports for construction arbitration cases
- Review of baseline programmes and programme updates in Primavera P6 software
- Extraction of relevant information from Primavera software
- Compilation of as-built information from daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, work inspection requests, project correspondences, minutes of meetings, etc.
- Preparation of progress graphics in Excel and Powerpoint
- Preparation of chronology of events
